We require a $100 deposit to hold your reservation, this is also your cleaning/damage deposit. This deposit is refunded to you post-stay unless there are damages, theft or excessive clean up. If you decide to cancel your reservation, you must do so within 7 days of your stay to get a full refund.

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover etc.) 

Sorry no pets.

Check-in is 3:00 pm or after due to cleaning between guests during our busy season (summer) However if you contact us and there is no one checking out the day you arrive you may come as early in the day as you would like, we will also try to contact you to let you know if you can check-in earlier than 3:00. Check out by 12:00 am - again, if no one is coming the day you are leaving, you may take your time leaving - we will let you know.

 Bed linens and bath towels are provided, you may wish to bring your own beach towels The kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and other kitchen stuff, there is a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender - we even stock the freezer with Palazzolo's Gelato and Sorbetto (Italian ice cream). You will need to bring your own food or shop for it at one of the local grocery stores.

Please let us know if you have any special needs or would like something special waiting for you or a surprise for a loved one, such as a fresh bouquet of your favorite flowers or a bottle of champagne. We are happy to make this a special and memorable occasion for you.
